  • How can I make a booking with TripOsaver?

    You can book vacation packages to the destination of your choice with TripOsaver in a simple and easy way. For this, you first of all need to visit our website at and submit your travel details.   • How will I know whether my booking is confirmed or not?

    After completion of your tour booking, we will send you an email providing all the details of your travel. The email will be sent within 4 hours of booking on the email address you provided at the time of booking. This will be a confirmation email from us. If you however don’t receive the confirmation email then you can always contact us. We will promptly respond to your queries and provide solutions.

  • Will I have to pay any charges of booking over the phone?

    No. You shouldn’t worry about paying anything extra to TripOsaver for bookings over the phone.

  • What should I do after not receiving my tickets? How soon will I get it?

    We usually send tickets and tour booking details through an email. If you still haven’t received your e-ticket then please get in touch with our customer service executives for the prompt delivery of your e-ticket and other travel details through email.

  • How will I find my travel details such as airline, terminal, etc.?

    The confirmation email sent by us will have all the necessary travel details such as airline, terminal, seat number and time of scheduled departure. If you still find any difficulty in finding them then you may please provide us the reference number of your booking. We will assist you in locating your travel details.

  • Is my ticket transferable in someone else’s name? If so, how can I do so?

    After the ticket has been finally booked we don’t allow any transfer of change of name. If you however want it then the ticket will need to be cancelled and another one re-booked in the name of the person you want. It can be done only after paying ticket cancellation charges. We will only then issue the ticket with the changed names.

  • What is the age for children and infants allowed for travel?

    Children should be between 2 and 11 years to be eligible for travel. Infants should be between 0 to 1 year till the time of concluding of travel. Separate seat is not allocated for infant and will have to travel in the lap of an adult.

  • How can I pay to book my travel? What are the modes of payment accepted by TripOsaver?

    TripOsaver accepts various modes of payment towards booking a tour. These include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and cash payment in our office or bank. There will be a 3% surcharge on payments done through credit card, while there will be no extra surcharge when making payment through debit card.
