Terms and Conditions

The use of TripOsaver website is strictly governed by the Terms and Conditions stated herein. We request you to kindly read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or making any travel-related bookings. By accessing our website we understand that you agree to our Terms and Conditions, without qualification. If you however don’t agree with these Terms and Conditions, then please don’t use our website.


If you decide to make a reservation with us then, We, as your destination management company representative, will organize an agreement with the principal(s) or other supplier(s) such as hotel / tour operator / cruise firm etc. as provided and duly mentioned in your receipt(s). We may make a holiday reservation for you, in which you will be having one agreement with the principal, or the services required for your trip may be reserved by us with different principals or suppliers, and that you will have multiple agreements with different suppliers.

We, as a representative, will not be accountable for any action(s) or cut(s) of the principal(s) or supplier(s) or for the services being offered to you by them. Each principal or supplier has its own Terms and Conditions relating to your reservation, and we therefore strongly recommend you to read the Terms and Conditions of the principal(s) or supplier(s) offering their services to you. You may also request a copy of the Terms and Conditions from the said principle(s) or supplier(s).


It will be the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that all the names and timings are correct as provided on their passports. They must also make sure that the hotel itinerary is also accurate. We don’t allow changes after the tickets are booked and finally issued. Additional charges will apply to alterations, if any.

We will read back to you all details during a booking and the respective details will also be confirmed with the principal(s) or supplier(s). After you have been provided the travel documents it will be your responsibility to check the accuracy of names, dates and timings, and contact us immediately if any changes are to be made. The tickets supplied to you are non-transferable, non-changeable and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

We will pass on the booking information provided by you to the concerned suppliers associated with your travel arrangements or any other person who is a part of your travel arrangements. We may provide the information to public authorities such as immigration or customs, or as required by law. This also applies to any sensitive information provided by your regarding any religious, dietary or disabilities requirements. The US Customs and Border Protection will be provided this information in order to prevent and combat terrorism and other transnational serious crimes if you will be traveling to the USA. When traveling outside USA, controls on data protection may not be as strong as mandated by the legal requirements in this country. If in such circumstances we fail to provide the information to the concerned suppliers then we won’t be able to provide your booking.


We require the customers to pay the whole amount or an installment at the time of booking. If the customer has made a part payment then the remaining balance is to be paid on or before the due date. The principal(s) or supplier(s) may cancel the booking if the amount is not paid by due date. Cancellation fees will have to be paid as stipulated in the principal(s) or supplier(s) Terms and Conditions, unless stated otherwise. All costs shown are in USD.

Cancellation and Amendment

Whenever you send any written cancellation or amendment request to us it will be effective only when we receive it. A cancellation or amendment fee may be charged by the principal(s) or supplier(s) as per their Terms and Conditions (which may be100% of the total cost).

A modification fee of USD 50 per booking, including the hotel/supplier charges (if any) will have to be paid for making alterations, other than increasing the number of persons in your party/booking. We will inform you about any extra taxes before issuing or re-issuing the ticket. Neither TripOsaver nor its principal or supplier will be responsible for delayed boarding, and no refunds will be made.


You are recommended to buy travel insurance so that you and your party are appropriately covered as it is also required by the principal(s) or supplier(s) as a precondition for booking. You should check with concerned embassy or consulate of the foreign country you are visiting for any compulsory travel insurance. The insurance may cover you and your party against the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; the cost of cancellation; and other expenses; as well as against the financial failure of the principal(s)/ suppliers(s) of your travel arrangements.

Delivery of Documents

We will send you by post all documents, such as tickets, invoices and insurance policies, which are required to be posted. TripOsaver will not be liable if you don’t receive the documents, unless the loss is due to our negligence. In such circumstances, all the costs will have to be borne by you it the tickets or other documents will have to be reissued. Delivery by other means will incur additional costs.


TripOsaver will send you an affirmation email after the booking thereby acknowledging your service booking demand. The email should be treated as only an acceptance of your booking and the last verification will be provided only after the accessibility of your service from the principal or supplier.


TripOsaver will be happy to provide assistance with any complaints. You may please contact our customer service for any further assistance. The contract(s) for your travel arrangements will however be between you and the principal(s) or supplier(s), and you should contact them for any queries or concerns related to your travel arrangements. You may also contact them as well during any problem on a holiday. Failing to do so may see a reduction in the amount of compensation or you may not be given at all, depending on circumstances. For any complaint after returning home you may contact the principal(s) or supplier(s).
