Information provided may also be shared with relevant travel suppliers, security agencies, or credit check companies. Data protection regulations may vary outside the United States of America.
• If payment issues arise, we will notify you promptly via email or phone, unless the ticket is sent within 48 hours of purchase. Airfare prices are only guaranteed upon ticket issuance. Contact TripOsaver travel experts directly for baggage-related queries.
• For international travel, be aware of visa, passport, and health requirements, including vaccinations. We are not responsible for entry refusal due to inadequate documents.

Visa and Entry Requirements

Verify the required travel documents for your destination and transit countries. We do not guarantee entry for international trips. Visas, passports, government-issued ID, and return tickets are mandatory for international travel.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

• Errors in payments can occur due to technical issues. Confirmations for car rentals, vacations, and hotels are only valid after receiving a confirmation email.
• Credit card payments must have a verified billing address. We are not responsible for charges if a booking is not confirmed.

Payments

Failure to make full payments may result in booking cancelation, including associated fees. All travel service costs are displayed in USD.

Waiver

You agree not to hold us or our subsidiaries liable for various issues during website use, including stress, inconvenience, missed connections, canceled flights, or property loss. We are not responsible for double bookings or ticket cancelations.

• It's important to note that TripOsaver and its associated entities cannot guarantee that the travel options available for purchase on this website are safe or free from potential risks.
• TripOsaver and its affiliates are not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of traveling to any destination.
• Arrive early at the airport, ensure travel documents are in order, and reconfirm your flight with the airline before departure.

Complaints

Complaints should be addressed to customer services. For travel-related issues, contact the principal(s) or supplier(s). Report problems during the trip immediately to maximize the chance of resolution.

General

This agreement is subject to the laws of United States of America. By using this website, you agree to exclusively submit to the jurisdiction of the American courts for any disputes arising from or related to its use. Accessing this website is not permitted in any jurisdiction that does not uphold all the provisions outlined in these terms and conditions, including this particular section.

If any portion of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable in accordance with applicable laws, such as the disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability mentioned above, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that closely aligns with the original intention. Arbitration

Any legal dispute or legal claim arising from or connected to our Legal Terms and/or our Website, with the exception of legal actions taken by us to recover damages or secure injunctions related to intellectual property infringement, will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. This arbitration process will adhere to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, based on the location of the TripOsaver office responsible for the product sale.

Such disputes or claims will be subject to arbitration on an individual basis and will not be combined with any other party's claims or disputes in the arbitration process. The arbitration will be presided over by an arbitrator chosen by the American Arbitration Association in the USA, in line with the location of the product sale.

If necessary to safeguard the rights or property of both you and us while the arbitration is ongoing, we may request interim or preliminary relief from a court with jurisdiction in the United States of America, including state and federal courts within the relevant state. Each party will share equally in the arbitration fees and expenses, but the party that prevails in the arbitration may seek reimbursement for these arbitration fees and reasonable attorney's fees.

Furthermore, if such a violation results in any costs incurred by Alternative Airlines or its affiliates, your account may be charged accordingly. Please note that service charges and payment processing fees paid to Alternative Airlines are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel or modify a travel arrangement through Alternative Airlines as permitted by the carrier or supplier, a service fee will be charged in addition to any fees and charges due to the carrier or supplier. You are responsible for covering all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments related to your use of this website.

In cases where an airline cancels or delays a flight, cannot provide confirmed space, misses a scheduled stop, or causes you to miss a connecting flight for which you have a reservation, you may have rights and remedies under U.S. Department of Transportation. It is advisable to raise such issues with the concerned airline.
